• I have a few different departments for my tickets but when I view the lisr of tickets in the open or closed ticket screen, the departments aren’t displayed in the columns. I would like to make the departments displayed here

    right now it shows
    Ticket Status User Last Reply

    Id like it to be
    departments Ticket Status User Last Reply

    and I would like to change the word departments to the word “Subject” if possible
