Custom user profile page

Hi,

I’ve got a custom page set up where a user can edit their profile. It’s permalink is: my-profile/settings. I’ve used the shortcode [theme-my-login default_action=”profile”]. I’ve taken a copy of profile_form.php and added it to my theme, now here’s the problem:

It displays correctly with the profile fields I want but on submitting the form, it redirects to a login page, even though the user is logged in. Any ideas?
