Submit button and form Name not displaying in the site

  • Hi,

    When creating a form, I want to add a Submit button at the end of the form, I used the FIELD TYPE: SUBMIT BUtton and also tried SUBMIT IMAGE. Both dont seem to work. How do i get the SUBMIT BUTTON to work?

    Also the name of the form doenst seem to be appearing in the site.

    Lastly how do I change the colour of the fields/background/buttons
