Seen in Chrome 27 on Win7. Doesn’t affect Chrome on OS X. Doesn’t affect Firefox or IE.
Visit the Settings -> Media screen. The default value for the max width and height of the large image size is 1024, but 4-figure values get cut off slightly. I’d say that number inputs with the
