How to create Gallery selection page?

  • hello,
    i have the latest version of WP and NG and cannot figure out how to make a gallery selection page.

    Basically i would like a page that shows a thumbnail for each gallery and once a visitor selects a gallery it opens an individual page showing all of the images.

    what is the best way to achieve this? if i need to purchase an addon plugin i’m open to that as well. I just want this to look the best that it can ??
