Two things to try. Turn off force SSL and increase your PHP memory to atleast 64mb, 128mb to be safe.

Has anyone figured this out!! I turned off force secure checkout and increased memory already?

If you have any page cache or minify plugins installed disable them, for me it was w3 super cache and wp minify
