Pay dues plugin?

    I know this has been asked a few times, but I can’t find a good answer.

    Basically, I don’t want to run a membership site, or maybe I do, but all pages would be free to everyone. That is to say, I don’t want to restrict access to my site at all.

    What I want is to have have people pay dues – they would renew on an annual basis. When they pay dues, they need to provide us with some information, like their member type, through some type of form. For instance, fees are related to how many adults you have in your family, or whether you’re a student or not. So I need to collect this info, plus address, etc., and then charge people accordingly. Paypal will be my payment processor.

    Ideas????
