Twitter counter not working anymore

Hi,

The twitter counter is not working anymore when using the plugin with the latest wordpress release to date (3.5.1).

The plugin has been working smoothly for a while but stopped working a couple of weeks ago.

I’ve tried going back to a previous version but that didn’t solve the issue.
