'Untitled Document' showing in browser tab… no title tag

Hoping someone can help.
all my blogs – even when I have filled out all the boxes in the seo plugin, show in the browser the words ‘untitled document’ instead of the blog title.
here is an example
https://feedingkids.tv/blog/kids-breakfast-smoothie/a friend told me – you need to make sure the <title> tag is set for those pages. – but I don’t know how to do that.
Any feedback is really appreciated.
