"your request has been queued"

I was getting this, and then nothing would show up in the leads. I discovered that you need to enable “Web-to-Lead” in the Salesforce config, like this:
1. Go to Salesforce.com and login
1. Click your name, top right and choose “Setup” from the dropdown
1. Click “Customize” from the left hand menu, then “Leads”, then “Web-to-Lead”
1. Click “Edit”, then check “Web-to-Lead enabled”Hope this helps others.
