How to add a classifieds section on my web site

Hi,

I am creating my website with wordpress. The web site is an informative web site. Since two days i am looking for a plugin :
– to add two classifieds widgets on the side bar ( housing and jobs ads)
– to display on the home page ( the latest ads from selling ads )

Do you know a plugin to do this ?
I don’t need a classified theme but a plugin.
Someone could give me some information if a want to develop myself ?
