How do I do that?

I’ve gone into menus tab on the dashboard and all my pages are in there, but they just don’t show up on my website.

I’m sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from www.remarpro.com here.
Try https://themehybrid.com/support

I’ve just changed over from another theme, and now my pages aren’t visible along the top any more.

From my understanding, this is expected when a user change theme, all you have to do is to assign the menu into the new theme’s location.

It’s under Appearance > Menu
