When i login i get the error of “you do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”

but when i go to my main site, i have the ticker bar but it doesnt have the list of dashboard,widget,theme,etc which i usually have at the ticker.

i’m not sure if this is due to the fact i change my name server to cloudflare.

i have deactivated some plugins (by deleting through cpanel) that i thought was the culprit but that didn’t work.

could someone give me some tips on what I should do?

Since you have modified DNS, you should clear local browser cache and flush DNS.

tried that .. but that didn’t work

strangely when i login via ../wordpress/wp-login.php

and get the error, the url in the address bar is not ../wordpress/wp-admin.php

but it points to ../wordpress/wp-admin/profile.php instead

url is https://dustyhawk.net

when i click on the admin ticker it goes to https://dustyhawk.net/wordpress/wp-admin/ but i get the same error

when i click on Site Admin via the meta section, it goes to https://dustyhawk.net/wordpress/wp-admin/profile.php

Sounds like someone has adjusted your user status.

i tried the steps in that link you gave.

however, im still being rerouted to https://dustyhawk.net/wordpress/wp-admin/profile.php and still getting “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

Many hosts experienced problems due to mass attacks recently and temporarily disabled access to wp-admin and/or wp-login.php as a result. Your hosts may be one of them. Try contacting them about it.

Scan your site at Sucuri and look at the list of iframes in website details tab.
