order details not on order page

  • Suddenly customer order pages do not show the customers billing and shippig address, OR their order! There is noway for me to see what products or amounts were ordered except to print the invoice/delivery note. I then had to copy and paste shipping addresses from the main order page list. What’s happened since yesterday that could change this? I made sure everything necessary is checked under screen options (order data). All else appears ok. Please help!!!

    I am also getting fatal errors on plugins that need updates. I troubleshooted by deactivating all third party plugins, but I’m having problems with them as well…
    My hostserver moved servers, but no warning of any changes except for FTP/Mail server changes. Up to date WP and Woo.

    Things don’t just suddenly stop working unless something changed.

    If you’ve installed any plugins recently, try deactivating them. If you’ve not made any changes at all and host has moved your server, then the problem most probably lies with them. Poor form of them not to tell you so that you could back up etc. I’d speak to them if I were you.
