password

hi there, my organisation used a developer to upload our website, the person used wordpress. the password has been changed possibly by us but no one in my work place knows it (stupid i know). i cant reset the password as it is not our email which set up the wordpress account, it is the developers and he says he would charge us for this.

any workarounds please?
