• Hi, I am using twenty ten theme and I would like to turn off the mobile view so my blog will look the same as if you viewed on a desktop browser. The reason why I want to disable the mobile look because I have ads on both sides of my main container, so you can see the ads on a desktop browser, but not on a mobile device. And I want the ads to show up on a mobile device the same way as they did on a desktop browser. So, how do I do it? I search all over the internet, but can’t seem to find a solution to it – not with twenty ten theme. Any help would very much be appreciated. I thank you in advance!

  • It looks like you’ve managed to turn off the mobile css?

Just as a heads up it looks like the ads you are using are covering your content on wide screen monitors.

    See here.

Hi, thanks for your prompt response!I have no idea about it looks like that on widescreen monitors. But, on my small laptop it looks fine. And I can’t see them on a mobile device, just the container and posts. So, do you know how can I adjust the ads so they fit in in any screen monitors.

It will be to do with the CSS, but depending on where your ads come from i’m not sure how much control you will have over that.

I’d get in touch with whoever is supplying your ads.

There are numerous tools out there to see how your website displays in different size windows. Just drop something along the lines of ‘what does my website look like on different size screens’ in google and i’m sure you’ll find something quickly.
