Language change to Spanish

Hello! First of all, I want to congratulate you for this great plugin. I’m using it in several websites.

I live in Argentina, and I’d like to know if it’s possible to translate the Facebook functionality, because currently shows a message like this: “45 people like this. Be the first of your friends.” I need it in Spanish.
