Request: Post (rather than global) gutter option

Current you can control the gutter as a global option. But I would like to control the gutter option when I am inserting posts just as I would select the syntax type. Having to manually enter the “gutter: false;” defeats the purpose of using a plugin.

EDIT: You should keep the gutter option in the settings. But when I insert syntax into my posting, the window should give me a dropdown menu or checkbox for the gutter (true/false) with my setting/preference already chosen as the default.

I’m a newbie when it comes to PHP, but if you’re busy, let me know, and I’ll try to come up with something that you could use for a future release.

EDIT 2: Also, it would be nice if additional options like “collapse” were available in an “advance” tab window or something.
