So are you logged in as an admin? See my post above about roles – if nothing is visible on the Dashboard, you aren’t an admin.

It says “howdy admin on the right side

What shows on the left hand column of the Dashboard? You should see a list of things – including Users – click on that and see what your Role is.

I was reading your rules and wondering where you I can find who am I on my website?
on right side is ” screen option ” – which gives me option to see one or twoo empty dashboard houses, and ” help”
when I click on dashboard I see small house and empty sort of table

If you happen to be color-blind you might consider making adjustments for it. Such as changing your lighting. It took me a little while before I could “see” what was actually there.

Just a thought.

“Settings” should be somewhere near the bottom of a list on the left. ??

No users on my dashboard … I thing Im doing soemthing wrong, but I was following three videos to start wordpress, I even sign for Lynda.com to make sure I do it right. Oh I am still wrong

My dashboard bottom is empty and I m not colorblind, I even changed the colors to black and white, no settings on my dashboard
