Changing the background

Hi Caroline and others,

I really like the colours of this theme but I want to check it out with a custom background, something a little simpler.

I’ve tried

body {
background:url(My URL);
background-repeat:repeat;
background-attachment:fixed;
}

but it didn’t do much. Is there any way of adding a custom background to this theme?
