  • Some hosts limit the file size that can be uploaded from their user’s accounts. This causes the upload to get cut off before the whole file can be transferred to dropbox.

    Try splitting the backup as suggested in the FAQ under “Backup jobs are running forever!”

    It will make smaller sized backups which are less likely to have issues getting cut off while being uploaded to dropbox.
