old url redirects to new url

First I changed my permalink from my blog page but with google webmaster I saw that my old url was still working and automatically redirects to my new url.

Cleared my cach, have no redirection plugin, look through the whole database for the old url but nothings helps.

Made a new blog page and connected it as my blog page. Title and permalink is totally different but still it redirects automatically and I don’t want that.
