Inserting test intoText Widget or Sidebar

    I tried typing in Board of Director’s names into a Text Widget with Board of Directors being the title, but the lines are merged on the blog page. I then tried using HTLM to type the same information, but it still merged part of one line into the previous line. I’ve made numerous attempts to no avail. I am a beginner and used YouTube to do teach me the HTLM code, and I can find nothing else to help me. I had hoped to do other text widgets as well.
    I copied what I put into notepad which may be incorrect:

  • Are you putting this all in one text widget? You can use as many as you want – one item per widget…

    When you do so, and it’s just plain text (no HTML), wrap it in a paragraph (check box at bottom of widget)..always refresh the page in your browser afterwards and flush any server cache in use…

    Once you do that (or have) and if you still have issues….please report back…

    Thanks so very much, Seacoast Web Design member! I was putting all the names in one text widget, until you said I could use more for the one purpose, so the issue is pretty much resolved, though I do wish that there wasn’t so much space between each of the Board of Directors’ names. I don’t see a choice to “wrap it in a paragraph” though, only the box to check which says “automatically add paragraphs”. I don’t know how to flush any server cache in use, and I would like to know how. Thanks for the help! I was excited to get help I could understand!
