404 when creating new page

Created a new page with
[form_event]
As a sub (parent) page of Events, however when doing this I get a 404.When I do not use a parent page, it works just fine, however I would like to have it as a sub page of the events manager.
https://url/events/new-event (give 404)
https://url/new-event/ works fine
