How to submit Alt Text with upload

Hi there,

thanks for this awesome plugin. i checked the forums as well as help files, but i couldn’t find any info on how to do this:

i want to include a field along in the upload form which then transmits the entry as the images’ alt text.

what are the values for
name=”???” and
id=”???”

in order for the field entry do end up saved as the uloaded images alt text?
