Page Jumping or Movement , if that's what you'd call it

Hi there. I am not quite a newbie but I guess with the issue I have it puts me back to complete newbie status. I am working on a site and getting paid for it, yahoo..
Here’s my problem:
Anyway, page looks good so then I go to another page and I am noticing that its off to the left. If I refresh the page, it recenters itself.

Its doing this in IE and chrome, not in firefox. I haven’t checked safari yet.

All the pages do this except one and I am not sure why. I have been changing things here and there (basically colors and font sizes)) in the css so I am pretty sure I caused this and I am guessing I did this last night when I was tired and I should’ve stopped but I was trying to make up for time.

Could someone tell me where to look to fix this ?? I need some direction and would you call this page jumping????
