Issue with Swirl Template

Hey all. Long time no post for me. Anywho, I am setting up a new blog and just tried to apply the Swirl theme to it.
It seems that the moment I add a second post, or indeed at a “more” link into a post it causes the right hand menu to jump all over the place.
Could anyone help me resolve the issue? I downloaded the theme from the following location if it helps you to bug test?
