Is there a way to force caching of all pages

It appears to me that this plugin caches pages as they are visited (which seems to be the norm for a caching plugin). Is there a way to force the caching of all pages in advance? (A limit on age of posts or number of posts would be even better) Thanks.
This plugin is the best, by the way!
