    Yes. Twitter API responses are stored in the WordPress object cache for 5 minutes. This could be reduced to one minute minimum as you have 15 requests per 15 minutes. I’d recommend you keep it higher though, so you get faster page views.

    It’s not currently configurable, but you can see it in the code at line 28 of latest-tweets.php
