Moving content between wordpress databases

I have one wordpress that is completely not working at https://timothymark.com

I cannot log into the dashboard and I’ve tried every tutorial I can find to get back in with no luck. I have resorted to starting a fresh wordpress at https://timothymark.com/wp/ but I want to backup all the posts & pages from the original wordpress. How can I do this via phpmyadmin? Or am I stuck since I can’t access the dashboard?
