Hopefully your theme has custom CSS – or you’ve added it via a plugin? If so, add this there:

   margin-top: 0;
}

Thanks, that worked to close the gap between the header and the blog posts, but it also makes the header and the menu level. Tips for getting the menu to sit higher than the header?
