Sidebar no longer a sidebar below content :(

Hi Guys

my site is working well but I have this strange issue on my default page template, the sidebar is below the content and doesnt fit in the grid.

Its fine in the post/blog section the sidebar fits fine all ok

can anyone tell me my problem ?
