installation and child theme

  • Hello,
    I installed the wordpress through my host website which is go daddy. I am trying to create a child theme for twenty twelve theme. (Following a tutorial) However, i cant find word press folder on my computer. Is wordpress installed on the host? how can I access the themes and modify them? I am very new to wordpress and webdesign, thanks for your help.

    contact your hosting provider, and they should be able to guide you as to where on their server you can locate WP using Cpanel, FTP or SFTP, or whatever file management application your host provides.
