ReplytoCom URL Parameters Set Up but Still Dupe Content?

Hi there.

I had a question regarding replytocom on my site musingsofamuse.com

Recently, I noticed I had over 2000 duplicate content posts popping up in webmaster tools. This is new because it started with 200 and worked up to over 2000 within a two/three week period.

My URL Parameters are set for replytocom

and I’m running Yoast and have the Remove the ?replytocom variables set up.

I do not want to block on robots.txt as I heard this isn’t a good way to rid myself of the duplicate content.

Any ideas why Google is ignoring this settings and still crawling replytocom content?
