500 Internal Server Error after update W3TC to last version

Same issue, restoring backup now.

I found that opcode cache can cause this problem.

Disable it and use another plugin for that (Tribe Cache) – I’ve had ongoing problems with the built in opcode caching in W3TC so I no longer use it.

On my case it was minify. Turn off minify AND empty the cache. Beware that sometimes it breaks the site ONLY for NON logged in users… for this reason it could take a while before you are notified.

This is what happened in my case. The worst part is that Apache didn’t even log the 500, so I wasnt alerted about it.

I had a problem that I needed to copy the files from:
/www/wp_mu/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/wp-content

To:
/www/wp_mu/wp-content

Then it worked!

Mine is also returning a 500 error. My disk space usage is also going up very rapidly about a gig a day. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
