Update crashed my site

  • I just updated to the latest version of this plugin and it crashed my site. I am now getting error message “Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

  • i too had the same problem, i deleted two lines from .htaccess and the site was normal, one was for banned user agent and another was at the end of abuse agent blocking list entries. — RewriteRule ^.* – [F,L] —

    do you mean you deleted all the lines with :

    RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT}

    and then the last line after ths

    RewriteRule ^.* – [F,L]

    I canta access my site due to 500 internal error..

    nope , i just deleted two lines, one which i entered in the ban user agent field, (it was for an ezooms bot constantly ……)

    another was the rewriterule line i mentioned above.
