• I have installed your plugin for use on the wordpress site (which is not published yet). Initially, the plugin worked fine, and I was able to set fonts and sizes with no problem. But somehow, one of the items in my navigation (and its dropdown children) was set to a smaller size, and I cannot change it back. I try to select the one navigation item and change the font, click save, and x out of the plugin. But the page does not automatically refresh. When I refresh the screen, a box pops up that says “Unknown Error:”, with no additional information. I click okay, and a second box pops up saying “Unknown Error: ” and a check box to “Prevent this page from showing further dialogs”. The page refreshes, and nothing has changed.

I’ve tried to deactiveate/delete and reinstall/activate the plugin, but it doesn’t make a difference.

Here is the site that I’ve been working with:

Can you please tell me what the problem is? Please also know that I am not a web developer and have EXTREMELY limited abilities in CSS and PHP. Any help you can give is greatly appreciated!

Still haven’t had anything fixed with our issue, or any contact about it. I have tried again to uninstall and reinstall the plugin, but nothing has changed. None of the plugin’s aspects work for anything on the site. This plugin seems like the most user-friendly version of font-editing plugins, and I would like it to work again. Please contact me about this issue! Thank you!

I just installed this plugin and have yet to have it work properly. Everything I try to change a font style or color, when I hit save, it just says click update. I update and nothing changes. I also have seen now way at all to change anything as far as header fonts or colors.

I have also seen as soon as someone asks about this plugin, they give a very short answer and then you don’t hear anything else.

I am putting this on my I don’t think so list”

So far the issue with changing fonts and such is a real pain in the butt.

WordPress really over does the fact of making the so called “themes” easy. At some point you end of having to know coding…not what I wanted”
