Customer comments on product order

  • If you go to WooCommerce–>Settings, under the “General” tab there is a checkbox that says “Enable customer note field on checkout”. You could use this to allow them to enter the custom message to be engraved.

    I ended up purchasing the Product Add-ons extension so customers could add the notes right on order page rather than the check out page.
