Help chosing the right plugin

Hi,

Can someone recommend a plugin to display a row of images on a page (not post) where I can choose an image, add a hyperlink to a page within my site and add a small piece of text below it.

Just “adding” an image from the library do not line up right, adds an ugly grey border and the caption is displayed to the left with a hyphen. I also cannot add a few words of text below it either. I do not want to display posts with featured image.
