Video stops playing after certain time

Hi, may be try encoding your video using a H264 encoder. There are some free tools out there that can help you with it.

I got the same error code as above but it’s inconsistent. I’m totally confused.

Sometimes, they work fine, other times they don’t seem to load or have that “not properly encoded” error.

All the files are mp4, shortcode verified, cache in browser and WP has been cleared.

Thought it might be conflicting with a different plugin but then why would it work sometimes on some videos and not other times on other videos? It changes each time as to which videos have trouble. The same video might load fine once but then I reload the page and it says ‘video not properly encoded’.

Specifically, the page is https://www.ericayoung.com/acting/videos/. Verified with other browsers (I’m on chrome right now) that this is the case.
