    It looks like it might be a weird menu_position conflict with one of the many plugins on the site. Apparently if two plugins (or a plugin and a custom post type) try to put their admin menus in the same postion (100, or 105, etc) then one menu ‘loses’ and doesn’t get displayed. I’ve edited your copy of Simple Staff List to a new menu position (simple-staff-list.php line 140) and it now shows up in your admin menu.

    I’ll update the menu position of the Staff Member menu to a more unique number in the next release.
