Why before the last paragraph Ads unite not working properly?

I just enabled the Quick Adsense plug-in right before the last paragraph. But that ad unites not always showing before the last paragraph. I think it may be my posts issue. Yes sometimes it works. How this plug-in identifies the blog post contain paragraphs?
