portfolio slideshow and contact form 7 datepicker not working

using Voyage theme on 4 different websites.

setup the first one….beautiful (love the theme) That website is https://www.dominicanluxuryrentalsonline.com and everything is working beautifully

I setup the second site called https://www.capemayluxuryrentals.com and installed Voyage theme. installed all plugins I wanted (same ones as my first site). two are not working: portfolio slideshow (shows pictures but won’t rotate or allow manual movement of pictures) and the datepicker (installed as plugin contact form 7 datepicker) where the fields appear but the popup calendar is not working. (when I click on the date field, nothing happens…I can fill it in but the popup calendar does not appear)

I then activated the twenty twelve theme and these things work fine (but I like the Voyage theme much better!)

tried uninstalling, deleting and reinstalling and activating the voyage theme. same problem.

I cannot think of anything I did. I did not edit any code in the theme. the only thing I did that was different during the second site setup was that I tried to ‘shortcut’ the setup of my contact form by just copying the fields (including the date fields). I since deleted and reinstalled all of those as well as the contact form and datepicker plugins

any clues?
