Hi fgrondon. You can change the width in your theme using css (use !important attribute if you need to override the plugin css), or if you don’t feel comfortable with code you can grab the Pro version which allows you to easily change the width of the player in the display settings.

    Thanks

I do have the PRO version. I changed the width within the display settings to make it fit into a widget, but now I also want the player on a page but I want it to be wider. How do I accomplish this?

I need two different widths, One for the widget and one for the page.

Sorry fgrondon there’s no easy way to do that in the display settings. There’s just one size for the player and it renders that way in any place. Also should perhaps alert you that you can’t have more than 1 instance of the player on the same page – so sometimes this happens if you’re using the widget in a sidebar then also place a player on a page then it will break… that’s one reason I just made it 1 width – so you can either use it in a sidebar, or in the page somewhere.

actually, I will not be displaying the player twice on the same page. so, that won’t be a problem. but I do need a wider player on the page. I wish there was a way to do it via shortcode on the page.

you said, it not easy, so it is not impossible. how can I get the player to be displayed on a page with different settings than those specified in the display settings?

the playlist in one page needs to display a different number of tracks than what I have set in the display settings. anyway around this?

Is there any change that in the future I will be able to use shortcode to define the width and the number of tracks?

otherwise, is there a way to get a refund? how can I contact you to get my money back?
