Download theme from my own wp-site?

    I own a wp-site where I have a theme which I’m very fond of. I have decided to create a new website which I would like to have the same theme. Here comes my question:

    I had the theme made by a 3rd party and he just handed me the log-in details. However, now I do not know how I can download my theme, so I can use it on my new website.
