• I am unable to upload a header from my media file. When I upload a file and then Crop and Publish it takes me the 404 error screen. I have taken off the default image and the title is now in the header. Help!!!

    My site is: evanstonpremier.com

  • When you remove the default logo from the header of the responsive theme, the title and subtitle take over. These can be edited in your Settings > General link of your Dashboard.

Are you encountering the 404 error with any other image uploads?

No. The header feature worked fine until I tried to add addtional widgets through a process described at https://themeid.com/docs/adding-additional-widgets/

I then copied a new front-page.php and copied the suggested child theme to my site.

This completely messed up my site so I recopied my old child theme files onto my site and cleaned up all of the problems but the header still won’t work.
