Hi
nice plugin, but i have one problem, i have enabled Themed Profiles,
and installed Google Authenticator plugin. it shows in frontend profile page, under Google Authenticator Settings. so im able to edit rest of the user profile, all ok, but i can not save changes for Google Authenticator Settings. page just reloads and no changes, no errors or warnings in server logs.

could you please check this plugin? im sure that you able to debug it much quicker.
