FAQ Manager Settings – no text showing

When I am on the FAQ Manager Settings page there is no text showing for the checkboxes and I do not know which one to check for the expand/collapse item that I have seen in other post. I have deactivated and uninstalled it, then re-installed but no luck. Any ideas?
