Static things like icons are best addressed using a content delivery network. A future release will support caching uniquely by cookie so that your site doesn’t have to slow down for cookies you specify.

Thanks Frederick! Plugin works very well with the cookie that changes cities and it loads the dynamic content ok. The problem comes when I press home button. I will check again with the developers of the theme.
    Thanks!

The home on my sites displays dynamic content that changes on every refresh. (theme widget)

It would be great if W3TC also had similar hooks like WP Super Cache to not cache the output of a certain function just like you can tell W3TC to not cache the query for a certain database table or exclude a widget.

W3TC has constants DONOTCACHE and others you can find on the FAQ tab of the plugin itself.

    Last question.
I will use a self hosted CDN and cloudflair together.
can total cache handle them together?
Is there any reason to have w3tc with CDN?
    It makes cdn better?

Yes, but that makes no sense. Just use cloudflare.

Thanks I will use cloudflare or google page speed .
    Cheers!
