Tbh, i really want to use W3 Total Cache over WP Super Cache but i need to make it work with Amazon CDN. ASAP. Can anyone help? How long does it take to get a reply here?

You can use origin pull mode for CDN with cloudfront, simply by having the proper account credentials. W3TC will create and configure the distribution directly from the CDN settings tab after you select cloudfront on the general settings tab’s CDN box.
